Civic Awareness

Overview

GIET works to strengthen civic awareness and public understanding of institutions, rights, responsibilities, and ethical citizenship. We believe informed citizens and durable knowledge institutions are essential to good governance, social trust, and long-term reform. Our approach combines awareness-building with institution-building. Alongside seminars, workshops, campaigns, and public-facing content, GIET supports the establishment of research centers, training institutes, and centers of excellence that can anchor policy dialogue and knowledge exchange over time. By connecting citizens, practitioners, researchers, and institutions, GIET helps create a stronger public culture of learning, responsibility, and participation.
