e‑Governance & Digital Innovation
Building

Overview

GIET advances e-governance and digital innovation as part of broader institutional reform. We work to improve public service delivery, modernize regulations, digitize processes, and strengthen how institutions use data, technology, and evidence.  This area combines governance innovation, digital transformation, regulatory modernization, and research. That means GIET not only helps build tools and platforms but also supports the policies, processes, and institutional capacities needed to make those tools effective and sustainable.  The result is a more connected reform model—where citizen-centric service design, stronger regulations, digital systems, and knowledge platforms reinforce each other.
