Climate Resilience & Humanitarian Relief
Management

Overview

GIET approaches climate and humanitarian work through the lens of resilience. Sustainable development requires institutions and communities that can anticipate risks, respond effectively, and recover in ways that reduce future vulnerability.  Our work includes climate and environmental awareness, research, and promotion of sustainable practices, alongside disaster response, recovery support, and emergency preparedness initiatives. GIET’s role is to complement public and community efforts by contributing systems thinking, coordination support, and informed program design.  By linking climate awareness with practical preparedness and relief mechanisms, GIET helps strengthen resilience at both institutional and community levels.
